"First I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to show up to the counter so I could pay. Then after I get on the ice an old guy creepily watched me from off the ice on my first lap. Then another old guy calls me off the ice and demands that I pay. I tell him I already payed and he asks who I paid. Some old guy, none of you have name tags not like I asked his name. He reluctantly let me back on the ice but now my experience has turned sour. I no longer want to be here, I don’t feel welcomed. So I get off the ice and tell him I want a refund and I’m leaving. Less than 30 seconds he has my info pulled up to do my refund without needing my card or anything. Seems like an easier way he could’ve checked if I paid or not. Besides asking his fellow workers. What am I gonna do, go running out of there on my ice skates? Is skate and dashing even a thing? For now I’ll find a different ice arena to skate at"

"I’m here a few times a week and love it! The locker rooms and showers aren’t great, but the surface is well maintained."

"It's nice that there is obviously some new ownership because before this place was awful. Now take that for what it's worth since there isn't a lot of room to expand and make some necessary changes in my opinion. The place is much cleaner now and with the bar it's a huge bonus over the old video games. The stands are bad no matter what since your over the benches and there isn't much room. Also the locker rooms are still small and insufficient for older kids, but again they can't control that no space but still a downside of the rink. Overall it's way better than before!"
