"Sam’s new policy on their pizza is what makes this place suck. Previously you could order as many large pizza’s as you needed. It was great because of their price point and it made it cheap if you have to order pizzas for a party. Today I went to buy pizzas from Sam and I needed 4 large pizzas for my sons birthday party. I was told per their new policy they can only do 3 larges under 1 membership. I was quite shocked by this and upset as I needed 4 larges, not 3. So now I have to go to another place to get 1 large pizza to have enough for all my guests. It’s ridiculous. It’s stupid. It’s an inconvenience. Time to switch to costco"

"The parking lot at night is kind of scary. The entrance is small and peculiar but once inside you are greeted with the standard Sam's Club experience. The store is clean and the employees are nice."

"We were waiting for 20 minutes to ask about a custom cake and 2 Sam's club representatives came by to help to get the baker for our customized cake but Steve actually went and got the baker to come help us! Steve was so nice and professional! Highly recommend!"
