"Unpleasant Pharmacy Experience. I recently had an unfortunate experience and I'm quite disappointed with the service I received. The encounter left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Upon entering the pharmacy, the staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. I was left waiting for an extended period before anyone acknowledged my presence, which set a negative tone for the entire visit. Additionally, I encountered issues with the prescription fulfillment process. It took an unnecessarily long time to resolve the issue, inconveniencing me and causing unnecessary stress."

"Raine, my special friend and pharmacist, is awesome. She cared enough to see how I was doing and very professional in her prescription advice or counsel. She shows that she knows her products and really gives warnings and suggestions when needed. I truly value her counsel on the meds I took for my health issues and so forth. I would recommend Raine, my friend and pharmacist to all my family and friends."

"Too bad these reviews won't let you give a negative star. This is the worst pharmacy experience I've had. They texted me while I was at work and told me that my prescription was ready, and my boss said it was ok to go pick it up. When I get there, I want to use my goodrx coupon, but the lady, an Indian middle aged woman who was short and had her hair in a ponytail, just says they don't take goodrx coupons on controlled substances. I have been getting the same medications for years now with goodrx coupons from all different pharmacies, and have NEVER heard that. And if that's true then why do they have a coupon of the medication on goodrx for Walmart? I give her my insurance card, and she says that it needs a prior authorization from my doctor, which will take FOUR DAYS. I have had a PA done before, and it does NOT take that long, it takes a couple of hours. She says that I need to call my doctor in the morning so maybe the process will be expedited. The morning comes, and I'm about to call my doctor to send it over to Costco instead, but they tell me it went through, and when I get there it's STILL NOT READY. The pharmacist said she was about to call me and tell me they don't have any of the original manufacturer in stock, but they can fill it up with another one. Well if it's the same medication why waste this much of my time? They say they will call my name when it's ready, but when it was, I still went up there myself because nobody called me. Horrible experience, will never be returning. I only chose them because they were the cheapest, and now I understand why. Btw, this manufacturer isn't as effective. Costco is much more professional, nice, and I've had no problem with them."
