"Went to pick up the prescription there and was first told its not ready. They also will be taking a half hour lunch break so I need to come back after 2. That's fine. Grabbed the prescription and returned to hospital and later found out that they forgot to prescribe something that's written on the prescription list. I had to go to another nearby pharmacy to purchase it off the counter. Horrible horrible experience. You are dealing with people's prescription here, pay attention!"

"We stopped at this location to see if we can get our Pharmacy prescription filled. We were told that this was the only 24-hour location that was available in the area. After 2 hours on the phone we finally chose this location to pick up the prescription. Even after it was supposed to be transferred here from the other Flower Mound location they still had not started work to fill the order."

"Hire more pharmacy employees, CVS. Spent 20 minutes waiting on the phone to politely request my prescription be transferred. Was told to hold, waited 5 minutes, only to be hung up on. Called back, only to spend 15 minutes and counting waiting to give my information. This is after my original 15 minute call only to be told they don't have the number to the local Walgreens to transfer my prescription and that I would have to provide that information."
