"I never have to worry about my medication refills. Alto Pharmacy automatically refills mine. It's so nice not to have to go pick up my scripts as they are hand delivered by a courier. Alto is dependable and easy to get set up with! Couldn't be happier."

"Everything is easy until it isn't. If you never need to speak to them they are great, but even after years with them if you need to call them, forget it. If you message them on the app, it will take 6 back and forths. Not sure who answers the questions on the app but they don't answer the question no matter how specific your question is. I just don't have time for it so after a couple of years I am going back to a pharmacy where I can speak to the people in person. Alto is a great idea, but they just don't want to talk to the patient."

"Decided to try the new Omni pod insulin delivery device but had to go through Alto to get it. I needed the Dexcom 6 sensor and transmitter (I currently use the Dexcom 7) but Omni pod requires the 6. So order was sent in and they send me The Dexcom receiver which cost 374.00 which I don’t need without sending me the actual sensors or transmitter. Contacted them same night through chat. I was told sorry we don’t do refunds. So had to turn around and spend another 537.00 to actually get what was needed . Which is fine because I actually need those. I will contest the receiver charge with my CC company if something can’t be done by Alto. At this point I can in no way recommend what may be a fraudulent company. Alto Better be careful defrauding Medicare/medicaid will get you shut down fast. You can’t charge people for what they don’t need and refuse to accept returns. Update: Alto handled this very professionally and will update my rating as all issues have been handled. Besides this one issue Alto has been fast at getting orders out and delivered. I fully understand that mistakes can happen but I’m glad Alto found a way to remedy this. Thank you for that Alto and everyone who worked on this matter. I truly believe they are there for their customers."

"Ease in viewing your prescription order, request for refill and I love the fact that you’re kept informed of status of your order. The app is very user friendly too! It sends reminders and notifications and waits for your confirmation to place order in the event that the cost is too high. Option for auto refill is also available. In short, its a very convenient way to make sure you get your prescription medicines on time without leaving your home!"

"Sitting on hold as I write this. It's been 41 minutes so far. I'm just trying to transfer a prescription that they won't fill, to another pharmacy Here's an updated review I left for alto, at their request. "Sat on hold for an hour to get a prescription that you wouldn't fill, transferred. Got disconnected. Called back. Sat on hold for ANOTHER HOUR. During that time, I drove 50 miles to my doctor's office, and had them send a new prescription to a pharmacy that would actually fill it. When the pharmacist finally answered, he told me he couldn't help me. I'll never use you again, and will tell anyone who will listen not to either.""
