"They know me by name... I don't know if that's a good thing or not lol. But I like them a lot. They're very friendly and it is so great to have a smaller pharmacy rather than CVS or one of those big commercialized pharmacies. I don't know, maybe I'm old school, but I just like that part of it."

"I generally go to CVS (perhaps due to experiences like this) to fill my prescriptions. CVS couldn't fill my prescription quickly so I decided to stop by this location since smaller pharmacies are faster. While doing so, I asked about a prescription that I get filled monthly. At the beginning of this year, my insurance stopped covering for the medication. I talked to the insurance company in multiple instances and they told me that they won't even consider it and I need to go with other medication brands. I tried one of the brands and it didn't work out for me. My doctor decided to give me a coupon that will last me one year for this new brand that just came out in the market and I've been taking the new medication since February. I've talked to 3 different pharmacies and they all asked for my prescription and only one managed to honor the coupon and they are not getting a dime from my insurance. I told this to the pharmacists at First Stop Pharmacy and they started arguing with me. And acted like I don't know what I'm talking about. And even changed the conversation by asking me what kind of glasses I was wearing. I DO NOT CARE if you worked at an insurance company before. My situation does not get resolved because you worked in the industry. Yes, let's discount everything that other pharmacists told me and just go with your words. I just wanted a simple YES or NO. I rather drive to Plano to get this filled then I get "well, send the prescription then we'll figure it" It has been done before and I just needed them to listen to me and give me YES or NO on whether they can honor the price. Instead of treating me like I don't know what I'm talking about. YES, I am not in the healthcare field, but please don't be quick to discount someone's experience (MY PERSONAL experience that you have not been a part of) I won't give one star, because they did fill my prescription very quickly and overall they were pleasant. The guy in the back just need to chill out. Sorry to say, but I fill this med every month. That money will continue to go somewhere else."

"Mustafa Ahmad, and Rhonda, Derek, are the best at first stop pharmacy on corporate dr in lewisville. They get my meds right everytime. Take care of me on a professional but yet greet me by name every time I walk in. Makes me feel welcome and apart of them even though I am a customer. I feel happy to have them. Great team they got and good mgr!!"
