"This is my second time coming to this location for a MO emissions test and the second time I have experienced poor customer service (not being greeted once I got out of my car and approached the workers to find out about getting service- I stood there and waited, made eye contact with 2 of the 4 worker and nothing was said not being told what needed to be done to get my car serviced-“pull/wait here…”, nothing…). The first time was the a struggle and still experienced rude crass conversation around me about the work they have to do, the only difference is someone at least came to my car about 20 minutes after I got there and told me to wait and let me know where my spot was in line. But overall, it’s a waste of time. They look “available” for a reason, and it’s not because they are that good. When no one else is there you may get halfway decent service but once two or three people show up and the employees get “busy”, your experience will be terrible until it’s your turn in line, if you choose to wait through it. Hope you get there first if you go…"
