"I do not recommend this service at all. They seemed very supportive at first when getting me set up with my new nanny, as they had to manually set up part of her payrate since she was a live-in. However, due to the way they set it up, their system double-paid her one week when I was travelling and couldn't check the timesheet as closely. This was more than 3 weeks ago, and they have been incredibly slow to resolve the issues. I understood at first that the situation was complicated by additional factors, and they were probably constrained by typical bank processing times and holidays, but over these few weeks I have decided that their customer support is honestly very poor, which makes the problem so much worse. In the time it took them to solve one problem, another came up that is still unresolved. They were going to charge me a fee to recollect the overpayment, until I was able to point out that it was directly due to the way they set it up; and they need to be told exactly what they should do, but it's not like I know what's possible within their system or what their constraints are, so I have to ask questions. Add to that, they only send me one email per day (if that) about the next step and every time I have to email them back with a question or saying "I'm waiting for you guys to approve something else in the system" or "no, I already said I don't want to do that for legal reasons, please do what you said you would a week ago", it'll be another day or two before I hear from them again. It doesn't help that it seems to be a new person answering my email every time and there's always a frustrating mismatch between what I asked in the previous email and their response. I tried calling them directly once, which seemed to move things along faster, until they said in their next email that I had told them over the phone that I wanted to do the exact opposite of what I had actually told them very clearly. So now I want everything in writing, but they're slower than molasses. And after every email, I get an automated response saying thanks for reaching out, they usually reply back in a couple hours but never more than a day (ha, they've taken longer than 1 day 4 times throughout all this). I can't wait to be done with this and close my account with them. Having tried to do payroll and HHE taxes myself, I was very excited to have someone else do all that work for me, but I'll be looking for another service next time."

"these folks are GREAT! We've had a caregiver living with my mom for 5 years and they helped us every step of the way. (Mom will be 104 next week!). Whenever I call, they answer quickly, professionally and pleasantly. I truly appreciate their helping us stay within the legal requirements of hiring an employee. They tell us about changes in the law, pay increase requirements and tax documents. They are so helpful! I absolutely recommend you use these folks when you need to hire someone."

"I have called multiple times for assistance with payroll and taxes. Each time I have called each agent was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient. I've spoken to Carter B. Who helped me today my account when the option was but available online. Mindy was a pleasure as well and easily helped me understand how the taxes worked when I had further questions into the process. Lastly, I spoke with Lauren who I reached exactly when they were closing and she still took the time to answer my questions and did not rush me in the slightest. This has been the most consistent call center experience I have ever had with a company. This consistency is what call centers strive for."

"This is an awesome company to work with. It was extremely easy to on board our care givers. They took care of everything for us. We were always notified a few days before any money came out of our account so we could always be ready. All taxes were taken care of. Any questions they were quick to replay. I give them an A++"
