"Unfortunately, I have had the misfortune of dealing with the Agent Jeff Felger at this branch trying to verify coverage on some of our owner finance clients. Each time he seems to be frustrated and is very short and rude with his response. He seems to be annoyed in doing his job. If this is his behavior and demeanor each time he is expected to do his job I would recommend he find other employment and not one requiring customer service!"
