"I am more than impressed with the service I've received from Ben Rodriguez. During the time I was preparing to go on Medicare, I was bombarded with marketing materials from insurance companies and others who offered Medigap and Medicare Advantage policies (like AARP). But the information they sent didn't really give finite details about their policies which made it impossible to compare the options. I had already spent a lot of time researching what happens when you turn 65, and my head was about to explode... when something I Googled brought up Ben's company. We communicated by email, and I found his messages - mostly about policy specifics - easy to understand. He calmed my panic and was never pushy in any way. He helped me sort through the insurance policy confusion, was very patient while I studied different options he presented, and in the end, he found me an affordable Medigap policy that was not even on my radar, and a drug plan that covers my one specific medication. It was obvious from his emails that Ben really knows his stuff when it come to Medicare insurance. I'm so glad I've found someone I believe I can rely on for good advice as I get older."
