"Tito waited on me. He comes across as an emotionless liar. He was so busy trying to upsale and tell me what I said that he couldn't even tell me truthfully what was going on with my car. He said one thing and when I got their the story was completely different. The mechanic had to come out to explain. This experience was so bad, I will not go back to their service department or showroom. I dont like my valuable time wasted and I don't like being lied to."
"They have new staff at the service counter. I was very surprised to find the service tech I was used to dealing with was gone. I am a long time customer. I wasn't please. I can't remember the guys name but very condescending. On the good side other Honda service centers in the area don't offer loaner cars."
