This location stands out with its diverse array of Asian products, a delightful surprise not found in other Costco branches like Southlake, TX. The food court's double chocolate chunk cookies were a sweet revelation, absent in my usual Costco haunt. However, my recent visit on a Sunday around 2 pm left a bittersweet taste. While I've never encountered a rude Costco employee anywhere else, this particular visit had its challenges. The checkout process was chaotic, whether opting for self-checkout or the regular lanes. The long lines seemed exacerbated by a thorough, time-consuming examination of purchases, especially at the regular checkouts. Perhaps it was a long day for the employee in question, but the extended wait after a tiring shopping spree was less than ideal. Despite the minor hiccup, my love for Costco remains intact, and I'll continue exploring new locations – just maybe not this one on a Sunday afternoon. The Lewisville branch holds its unique charm, but efficiency at the checkout could use a boost to make the experience truly heavenly."

"Well placed at the reach of residencial areas. Dervices and reception are good. Very reasonable whole sale prices are maintained. Neat and good hygiene are followed. Range and quantities of produvts are very bulky. Staff are very much co operative. A vidit to the show room is a pride."

"This is the best Costco I’ve ever been to. I signed up for a membership and needed to head to the customer service to get a physical card. When I went over, the Asian lady customer service employee (Melissa?) was very nice and professional. I decided to sign up for their Costco Visa card that can be used as membership as well and she told me about upgrading and approval of card for $50 shop card. When I applied in store, I needed to call to verify for the application to go through and she was very patient while I was on the phone. She gave me two bags which one bad came with portable dog water bowl. I was super excited to shop with the temporary card with executive membership. However, the self checkout attendant an old man was not attentive. I needed assistance for alcohol purchase and they did not come help until someone noticed the blinking light while I gave them eye contacts to give help. This is why I left a 4 star review."

"09/26/2023: Another great Costco location. I enjoyed perusing the aisles while waiting for my niece’s practice to be over. It’s always fun to find some great deals and seasonal items for sale. I would totally get the Star Wars pinball machine and the Pac Man arcade game if I had the space. Lol"
