"I placed an order for fall boots in size 8, a popular size, there weren't any in the store. I received an e-mail stating my order had arrived. When I arrived at the location, the store manager looked high and low for the boots that were obviously sold to someone else. I now have to call a number and wait for someone to look for the boots a second time and approve a refund. More hassle than its worth. DSW next time. ugh."

This location is clean and organized, and has a great selection of shoes for everyone from toddler to older adult. The store could benefit from additional staff, as I found myself waiting a bit, but the wait was not outrageous."
