"I stopped going here after multiple bad encounters. Locking the pro side at night is the final straw. You guys are more concerned about your own convenience than the customers. It shows in the people you hire."

"We bought a washer, dryer, stacking bracket and paid for delivery. The sales person states that the washer, dryer, and stacking bracket would be delivered for a charge. For that charge, the units would be placed in location, stacked, leveled, but not hooked up to the water or electric. We had no problem with that as that is the level of service that we paid. The delivery arrived at the scheduled time, smelling of a common legal smoked drug. Those delivery service attendants did not bring the purchased stacking bracket. They refused to bring the washer or dryer in the house, but instead left the machines in the garage. They stated that they would return later in the week with the bracket but would not stack or level the machines. There is a major disconnect between the service promised and purchased by the sales department with the substandard service provided by delivery. I will provide follow up if the paid delivery service completes the contracted services."

"I have been going to this home depot consistently for almost five years - they have a great mix of stock and the staff is very helpful. Where this location goes above and beyond is their customer service desk - I have had Macie help me with two issues - one with a store-branded light that broke in the warranty period and one with some paint. Both issues were resolved painlessly. I will keep going to this location for years to come."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and IDIOTIC POLICIES. Had a door delivered to the store. Even though the door was in the store, at their location, they REFUSED to deliver it (even though we were offering to pay a delivery fee). The less than helpful and unjustifiably rude lady at the customer service/pick area said we had to make a whole new order (which would take another 2-3 weeks to arrive) in order to get them to deliver."
