"I bought shoes for a part time server job and they hurt my toes to the point it felt like my toenail was going to fall off. I tried to return the shoes fully admitting that I wore them and that they severely hurt my feet. They said it’s against policy despite the fact they hurt me snd I wasn’t trying to run a scam. I just went for a pedicure have never worn the shoes again. 2 weeks later my toes are still black and blue. There should be exceptions to policy in such circumstances. Will never shop there again."
