Burlington

"Store management should ask customers how they can make the user experience better. I generally love this brand of discount stores, and have been a shopper at Burlington's several locations for 20 years. However, of all there STL locations, this store is the most awkward. One time I went to shop, saw someone's half drank smoothie left on a shelf. A few weeks later, I came back, and the old drink was still on the shelf... Aisles were so strange, no one bothered to clean up after themselves."

"What’s up with Burlington hours of operations? The website says they close at 11:30pm the business hours at the store matches what’s on the website and as soon as 10pm they start calling customers to check out due to closing? It has happened several times. Tonight I walked in at 9:50pm at 10pm they said they will be closing in an hour, 5 mins later they announce the store is already closed and customers please head to the check out register as soon as possible? The manager/supervisor very rude kicking people out. Somebody please do something, otherwise close out of business or train staff or change the hours of operation accurately and visible to the public."

"If I could’ve given no stars I would have. I visited this store on 10/10 at around 12:45. I found two items that I needed to try on for an event in two days. I walked by the fitting room and to my surprise it was closed. There were three employees doing price changes by the children clothes. I asked if there was another fitting room and the younger employee said just that one and it’s closed. I asked if I can try the clothing on in the bathroom, she looked at the older employee and said “have you ever heard of that?” In a very nasty tone. The older employee replied NO…. Looked at me and walked away. The initial employee speaking also walked away without any solutions, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, absolutely nothing. There was another younger employee continuing to work at the rack and looked in total disbelief. She said you can purchase the items and return them with the receipt if the items don’t fit. The only helpful advice but very inconvenient. I put the items back and left. I was on lunch break and decided to run there. Once I left the store, I made sure to inform the associates at my job and everyone else I spoke with because I will not spend a dime with a company whose employees could give a carless, didn’t help with any solutions or couldn’t simply offer an apology for their inconvenience. Looks like I can mark this location off my list or maybe the store in general of places to shop."

"This store is one of the most disorganized stores I've ever seen. I walk through the store I see I see Rex mislabeled I see Rex labeled long sleeve and half the shirts on the long sleeve side are short sleeve picture will be attached half the shelves are in disarray half the racks have clothes hanging off the hangers closed for an over top of the racks pictures will be attached. As far as cleanliness of the store their items on the floor items and disarray pictures are attached. These are just a couple photos of the disarm the store location. There are plenty more photos I could have attached. This is the worst location of Burlington I have been in let's hope the customer service I received in this location is good otherwise I will update this review with a second review. Let's keep our fingers crossed."
