"I have been using Imported Car Repair for years. I've always had a great experience. The most informative repair shop I have ever been to. As with any quality shop, patience is a virtue. If you're looking for a quick lube job, your probably in the wrong place. These guys go over every vehicle thoroughly even if you bring it in for a minor repair or maintenance. They always use OEM parts when possible. I have a vehicle with 312,000 miles, and another with 288,000. Both repaired and all maintenance done by these guys. I won't go anywhere else!"

"They are very Knowledgeable, I feel better with them working on my Mercedes than the actual dealership. When I call the dealership to get answer about my SUV there's a young lady that answer the phone that do not explain things very well, I have to probe for answer! Then they want me to drive 45 minutes to bring it in to answer my questions. I call Imported Cars and they are able to run it all down to me on the spot and don't push to bring it in. Not to mention they are CERTIFIED to do the work and I'll continue to go there. ALSO they have it done ON TIME!!!"

"DON’T DO IT............ Dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change Called at 1pm to see if it was finished? Next in line the guy on the phone says.. they close at 5:30 so I Called back at 5:15 pm no answer. Now they are closed. Ok?... I show up when they open and the guy at the counter says it’s finished..but nobody from the shop called me yesterday or today to tell me anything...and I called multiple times yesterday. Plus the oil change was $85?? Who takes 23 hours for an oil change?? Doesn’t call the customer at any point while my vehicle was there and it was there overnight. Like I don’t need my car back?? Then charge $85 oil change These guys.... DON’T DO IT............"
