"Thia is the slowest pharmacy in the world. I stood at the drop off window with my prescription for a few minutes. The pharmacist was answering questions for other customers. I could hear everything they asked. Another lady came up to help me. I asked how the prescription would be and she walked away to look it up. I stood there for a fee more minutes. The pharmacist came and gave me a price. He said it would be 20 mins to prepare. I shopped for around and came back . They could not find me in their system. They were very slow and unfriendly."

"Pharmacist didn't fill 3 of my prescriptions because not having insurance she said she didn't think I could pay for them and they were to expensive to keep in stock. Refused to fill workmancomp prescription because it was a computer generated signature and doctor office was closed. Didn't even try to run it thru. HEB had no trouble filling it. Very poor service. Gave 1 star because could't get lower."

"Lines are too long, not enough cashiers. Last year, there was a lady who insulted me in the pharmacy. Also, I am tired of walmart employees with 50 things in their basket, and in the express lane. One evening, a walmart employee was at the checkout doing God know's what, and took at least 10 minutes. I was before her, and she cut in line. The cashier skipped me, and helped her. I only had one can of ravioli. After waiting 10 minutes for the employee to finish, and after the cashier helped her first, the cashier was done, and took out his till. They took another 5 or so minutes to get someone to take his money, and switch cashiers. By then, i had to go. I told the cashier, I can't wait any longer, and without even making contact, he grabbed the can of ravioli out of my hand, and put it under the counter. This was in the express lane!!!! Where has good customer service gone? Walmart customer. Walmart Austin Highway."
