"Horrible pharmacy customer service. I’m in line at the drive up to pickup my Rx, the tech serviced the car ahead of me then closed the window. I went inside and as she walks out she looks at me with an embarrassed smile. Of course Christine, the manager on duty can do nothing for me except suggest I wait until 2pm. I’m on my **** lunch break, I can’t wait. You can’t give back my time or reimburse the wasted gas. Useless. I’m forced to use CVS Caremark due to employer benefits."

"Drive through is slow even with minimal traffic always have issues with our insurance that's been the same all year one time the prescriptions are cover next the same ones are not had to have the insurance call them to get them process the order. Fighting CVS got tiresome went back to my old pharmacy accross town. These people are to lazy to call the insurance to verifie customer has to that it appears."

"Just went in and the manager Barbie has a attitude that is very abrasive. First thing that I notice is that she is slamming carts and runs up to the counter with a hateful face. As a professional I understand the importance of maintaining proper customer service etiquette I also understand that people have bad days. I hope that CVS can help Barbie to change the way she addresses customers I will return to this store and I hope that she will be able to do her job in a professional manner. I love CVS but believe that Barbie will be a liability not an asset to CVS management"
