"I walked in at 8:03 and they turned me away. The guy was rude pointed to the time and said they closed at 8:00. I usually use CVS but I will not be using this location simply because of he poor customer service. I really needed this medication and I was rushing as it was to barely make it, I wanted to cry."
"I have pneumonia and called in my prescription to get filled. They said an hour, called back an hour later- no one answered after 5 minutes of being on hold, went in an hour and a half later and it still wasn’t filled. I’m not mad that the pharmacy was busy/backed up. But the amount energy it took for me to drive there, just to be told it’s not ready, literally drained me. Be honest with the time it will take so your patients aren’t the one suffering."
