Walmart Pharmacy

"My daughter has 2 insurances. There should be no charge for her medications. One of her insurances they tell me has to be run manually They will NOT document it anywhere in her file. They try to charge me every time and I have to tell them everytime I pick up her medicine to run that insurance manually. Today her grandmother had to take her to the Doctor. I didn't know she was going to pick up her medicine as well. So I didn't get to tell her because I was at work. I called the pharmacy because they charged her for the medicine. I asked if there was any possible way to document this so it doesn't happen again if someone else picks up her medicine. They told me no and blamed me saying I should have told her. It's just ridiculous. There should be some way to document that information. I don't understand how that is not possible. Now she isn't able to get the money back that she shouldn't have had to pay to begin with."

"I have been out of my meds for a week while my drs office keeps “faxing” the info. Each time I would call, the pharmacy hasn’t received anything. Pharmacy rep Michael took the time to call their office with me on hold and finally got everything situated. So grateful! I had asked my drs office to call several times and would be told no because they already faxed it. Time for a new drs office! Thank you Michael!!"

"They were helpful to help my mom with discount codes but it would be helpful to ask if the patient has insurance first before applying goodrx without patient consent. Overall her experience was cool."

"I went on a Sunday morning. It was supposed to open at 10am. Did my grocery shopping and waiting at about 9:50 to be first in line when they opened. Then it was 10:30 and only the cashiers were there. When asked why they hadn't opened all they could say was "we're waiting for the pharmacist". Okay, maybe they're running a little late. Then it became 11:30. I've been waiting this entire time to pick up my Rx and still no sign of the tardy pharmacist. At this point I'm running late to my other errand. A few other customers come in and out of line frustrated. Then it was 12:30. My groceries are probably going bad as I had a few frozen items. What was supposed to be a 30 minutes grocery trip turned into a 3 hour waiting for the pharmacist to show up. At this point I can't wait any longer. So I leave without my rx. Some communication that the pharmacist was going to be late would have been nice. Instead of having to waste 3 hours of my Sunday. This experience was completely awful. If you can go to another pharmacy, definitely do that because this pharmacist definitely does not care about the health of the community. Especially in such tricky times. Walmart needs to replace this person with someone who will at least show up on time."

"@ pharmacy department the male color pharmacists bearly can speak english and is so rude my daughters Dr was so upset on how he talked to her on the phone and treats patients very ugly like me i will never use this pharmacy again i go to this walmart almost everyday it sad but looks like will be using a different pharmacy bc no patients or customer should be treated the way i was treated and my kids Dr. I recommend do not use this pharmacy i been treated like this not only one time a few times but i always say maybe they were just having a bad day nope Rude pharmacists do not go here"
