"1-18-24 Be prepared to be on hold at least 40 minutes for the pharmacy. Once you reach 47 minutes, call will hangup and you’ll have to redial. I could give two craps about understaffing and drive thru wasn’t even that busy ***old***The pharmacy will SAY they ordered more medication for you on Tuesday. And when you call that following Friday, a day AFTER your script should be ready, you will be told by Lisa that no medication was ordered on Tuesday after all and will simply call it an error without apologizing."

"12/19/2022 - I was the fourth customer in line to pay at the front register when an employee named Monica walked directly in front of me. I asked her if she could ring me up at the cosmetics register because I recall Walgreens having a policy when 3 or more customers are in line, the cosmetics register can be used to allow customers to pay. She looked at me and said I would have to pay at the front register. I later noticed her as I was still in line stocking a shelf one aisle away from the cosmetics register. What happened to the great customer service Walgreens was known for?"
"It isnt just this particular Walgreens but Ill get to that. The website is incompetent. I spent at least an hour searching for particular items and when I finally had it all in my cart,could not check out. Many roadblocks along the way Then I could not get my email accepted. So called and was told by phone agent that I could now get my goods if I started over. So I did that with the same results. Big waste of time So I went to the store on Bandera . Negative greeting waiting when both people behind the counter walked off Finally a nice younger Hispanic woman waited on me and was polite. Prices were mismarked and very low stock on cosmetics."
"There is a pharmacist named Frank who is completely unpleasant and rude. There’s a tall one (John) who is nice and a the short one (Frank) who has the biggest chip on his shoulder. John is nice and professional, but that short one likes to make people’s life miserable. I am in the process of changing pharmacies because of this man. I have anxiety but he makes me have anxiety on another level. Don’t go here unless you want to be harassed by a man with a Napoleon complex."
