"The reviews are accurate I think they don’t have brain cells left. Having to repeat multiple times and then goes to the side to speak with other customers like if you don’t exist."
"Avoid this place at all cost. The communication between the pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians is horrible. One thing gets said then something else gets done. Everytime I go there the experience gets worse. When you do try to explain anything to them, they have a habit of cutting you off and talking over you (only when there is an issue at hand). My feedback isn't about a prescription getting fill but strictly on the service they give."
"This entire pharmacy staff is fantastic - do not believe negative feedback - sometimes it is not the pharmacy's fault - doctors say they are sending prescription but they do not do it during a patient visit - they wait until they are finished with all patients then finish details. I LOVE OVER 40 YEARS WORKING WITH DOCTORS AND ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS SYSTEMS HAVE MADE EVERYONE'S LIFE MORE DIFFICULT."
"It’s the worst pharmacy to get your prescription. They don’t know what they are doing at all. I waited for a hour for a regular medication that was called in the morning. I went in the afternoon, and they have not fulfilled or had any idea about my prescription. I recommend you use another pharmacy. Five customers left unsatisfied while I waited for my medication."
"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! For three consecutive months this pharmacy has not been able to fill my prescription correctly. Apparently they can't read or don't care to read notes attached to customer's profiles. When they make mistakes they made ME feel as I inconvenience them. They have no compassion or regard for a customer and the medicines they need to get. They are unprofessional. Rude. And above all ignorant."
