"Ortiz Pharmacy is our go to pharmacy. We have been using Ortiz since my son was an infant. My son's doctor is in the same building. Whenever he gets prescribed medication we just send it right over to Ortiz. When the doctor sends the prescription to Ortiz it usually takes 15-20 minutes to enter their system. I wish it was faster but that's how it goes. Sometimes I can't take him to doctor until my mother gets out of work. That interferes with the timing because they close at 7pm. The time it takes to process the meds is fantastic. Usually 10-15 minutes tops and then we are good to go. I used to receive meds thru their delivery system for over 3 years. In those 3 years never did I run into any issues. Ortiz would call my cell 5-10 minutes before they arrived. Ortiz was always on top of refills and they were never late or never missed a prescription. Oh yeah I forgot to mention Ortiz has a drive thru and always use it. That's my son after he saw the doctor. He was ill with stomach virus. So I asked him to take a picture of him feeling sick. Thank you Ortiz Pharmacy for being such a wonderful establishment."

"Debra/Debbie Z is very unprofessional and is happier when she can deny anyone their medications for any reason. I went there today to learn how to navigate their app, and because they refilled one prescription that I was no longer taking. She refused me any services as of that moment because I had a negative interaction with one of the medications. I had learned that I would not receive compensation so I told them that I could dispose of that medication myself. She walked from another area like a bat out of hell to threaten me that I would no longer be getting my refills at this pharmacy for that reason. Very professional person you have Ortiz Pharmacy representing you."

"Ortiz Pharmacy team are all attentive and are never in a rush. I'm treated with respect and they deliver my medication to my home. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Pharmacist, techs, and delivery driver. I have been with them at least 10 years and I have moved twice. The service was smooth transition to new locations. I highly recommend Ortiz Pharmacy on Castroville Rd. I'm outside loop 1604 and I 10 and they deliver to my door. They know I don't answer my phone often so a pharmacy Tech will call my son. They are like family."

"Ortiz Pharmacy really goes out of their way to accommodate all your needs. Even called on a Saturday to ask a question about my doctors office which I knew was NOT their job but I was hoping they'd help me out anyway and sure enough, the technician did answer my question with the utmost professionalism. I knew I was asking for something out of the ordinary but she didn't make me feel like it was a bother at all. I know for most this is not even worth mentioning but it seems like nowadays great and even exceptional customer service is rare, so it really made me feel good to know that some people still value their work ethics and have NO PROBLEM going above and beyond. Kudos to ALL the staff at Ortiz Pharmacy !!!!"
