"Worst service, H-E-B ran wrong insurance stated it was rejected no courtesy call to confirm insurance or check previous prescription that was pick up at the end of January after waiting In forever because they don’t answer the phone to be told I have to wait another 15 min and get back in long line, last time using this pharmacy I recommend not to use this pharmacy at all worst service,"

"Customer Service at the pharmacy here is kinda hit or miss. Most of the time, staff are nice enough.. However there seems to be a lot of issues with preparing prescriptions efficiently. There have been several times I've called to get a script filled before noon. I was told it should be ready in 45 minutes. I would give extra time, call back an hour later, and it's still not ready. Give it another hour, call back, still nothing. I let them know I'm attempting to get it delivered, but cutoff for delivery is 3pm. So, they've taken so long that I have to wait until the next day to get it delivered. I called today to try to get a script that was requested days ago delivered, and I was told because it was only 5 minutes until 3:00, they didn't have time to take my payment. The staff person, Maya, chose to waste time making excuses rather than just taking my information so that I could have the medication I've been waiting on for a week. So, I guess I'll be calling again tomorrow. Because I'm out of medication because of their inefficiencies."

"This H‑E‑B pharmacy deserves 0 stars! Always giving me a specific pickup time and date yet when I walk in all of a sudden won’t be ready until the next day. Time to switch."

"Went in 06/01/23 around 12:35 as I was getting help in the money center I heard a Manager from the cashier area talk very loudly and rude to one of the baggers so much so that everyone around stop for a second and look in the direction of that manager. He walks around aggressively as if he’s a private security handler and made people and myself uncomfortable I go to shop in a calm safe place but this individual definitely needs to understand that if there’s issues you can handle them discreetly without interrupting your customers experience"

"Still haven't been able to hire or train anyone with some manners, huh? It never fails; at the drive-through, everyone has a nasty attitude. On the phone, everyone has an attitude. I understand that businesses become busy and chaotic. However, if you are not holding your employees to a standard of BASIC COMMON COURTESY, I have to wonder who the hell is in charge of hiring these people?"
