"I scheduled a COVID drive through test. The woman behind the window asked if I had done it before and I told her this is my first time. She then pushed the kit through cart and left without any explanation. I watched the instruction video and started to self test. After I got the sample I wasn’t sure if the swab should be in the tube so I tried to get some help. But there’s no one behind the window. I have vision issue and its important for me to be able to talk to someone and get assistance. Long story short. With cars lined up behind me I had to submit the test. Then I felt I need to confirm if I’ve done correctly so I drove back and ask the woman and she said I didn’t do it right and need to reschedule for another one. What a waste if time and resources. She could have just given me a simple instruction or a reminder… I then went inside to ask if I could withdraw todays test. They said no."

"I've been to some bad pharmacies, but this is one of the worst locations. "30 minutes to an hour" means 4+ hours. My latest prescription has been "In Process" for 2 days. Take your scripts somewhere else."

"This has happened on several occasions, but my kids have been sick since before Christmas! I took them to ER got prescriptions and I don’t know why my husband decided to bring them here. Anyway I brought my children’s precscriptions last night and the pharmacy told me they wouldn’t be done until they next day. The next day came and I tried calling out to pharmacy and was on hold for 45 min without getting anyone, mind you it’s 9am. Since the pharmacy is just down the road I drive to the location before anyone comes to the phone. Then the pharmacy is telling me my children’s prescriptions are not ready and won’t be until noon! I was upset because we had dropped them off the day before, why do they need that much longer!!! So then the pharmacy said ok we’ll just give us an hour and we’ll have them ready ok, so an hour later I come back and they’re still not done and they ask me to pull around to the back of the line because other vehicles are behind me waiting. That alone pissed me off, since I’ve been waiting since yesterday and this was already my second trip, I told the pharmacy so if I drive around and wait when I pull back up my prescriptions will be ready? And if not and more cars come after me I’m going to have to drive around again? Then the lady had the nerve to tell me, “well I had told you @12 noon.” Overall horrible experiences I’ve had at this location, which is sad to say since it’s he closest pharmacy near my home."
