"I went in to get a COVID booster and was told they were 'too busy' so I'd have to make an appointment or go tomorrow when they 'are not as busy'. The gentleman working the drive thru yelled out 'COVID shot?' to the other person I could not see and he just said 'nope, I am too busy'. I was the only customer waiting in person. I don't understand why they would not just add me to the line as it only take a few minutes. Isn't it called 'MinuteClinic' after all?"

"They never answer their phones and are extremely slow even in person/the drive through. I understand there is a staff shortage and I have plenty of patience for it, but if there is no communication about delays it can get extremely frustrating. I thankfully overheard two pharmacists talking around the corner about why I needed to wait, because the one who came back to the register and just said “come back in 30 minutes” with absolutely zero communication as to why. The main issue I have, however, is how rude the staff is. They all yell things, especially through the drive through window, for the whole store to hear. Yet they also never seem to be able to hear you or maybe they just don’t listen. I should not have to extremely loudly tell you what exact medication I’m on so that the whole store can hear me. I also shouldn’t have to tell you the medication name in order for you to know what I need, it should be in the system and you should use other methods of confirming identity. And actually listen when your customers give you their birth dates. And so on. Just do better respecting privacy and communicate better when there are delays. Please."

"I have used this pharmacy for almost 3 years and they have always been very friendly. The time it has taken me to get my prescription does vary depending on what it is but most of the time I can walk in to drop off a prescription and walk out 30min later with prescription in hand. Most importantly they always have the meds I need in stock. The pharmacist is always happy to speak with me and make sure I understand the side effects. I am willing to sacrifice ANY amount of time to know I will get good service and no run around when I go. I could move to the other side of SA and I would still do my prescriptions at this pharmacy."
