"I feel my review is very similar to the others I’ve read. Overall the pharmacy staff is usually friendly, but not helpful. Prices are good if you have insurance or use good RX, but that helps you every where. Sadly what makes this one so bad though is how long it takes to get filled. It’s common for them to quote and take 2-3 days to get a simple prescription filled. So I wouldn’t recommend using them if you need something quickly. More than once I’ve had them send a prescription to my local CVS because H-E-B will tell me it will take 2 days and CVS will have it ready for me in 45 min. It’s also been my common experience to call in a prescription or refill, get quotes it will take 3 days, then show up, and be told it’s not ready and it will take another 1-2 days. This has happened at least 3 times this past year alone. So I enjoy using the pharmacy because I grocery shop here and it’s convenient. I’m ok using them for items I don’t need immediately. Overall they really need to get it together though and better serve their customer."

"I had very positive experience at this pharmacy. Young man Andrew was great help. He checked price with insurance and without and with goodrx. Helped me make an informed decision. Was patient and thorough. I have only used walgreens and cvs in the past and have not had such positive experience as I had at this pharmacy. Thanks Andew."

"First time using the pharmacy and I was so impressed how everyone I interacted with were so friendly and willing to help. It was busy so I expected a little wait. Everything went smoothly and greatest experience with non military pharmacy ever!"

"Horrible customer service. The urgent care sent the prescriptions in and I went to heb a few hours later. I waited in line for over 30 mins and I was told that they would be ready tomorrow after 3pm. She didn’t even ask if I needed them tonight. (Which I did) She said I could either loop around and wait in the drive thru line again or come inside. She was not helpful or friendly at all."

"I am so disappointed in this pharmacy! I am a very patient, understanding person, but I have definitely lost trust in this pharmacy. Over and over again I order my prescription early so I won’t miss taking my medication. Every time they are 4-5 days late. I also have tried to put my prescription on automatic refills but they can’t figure out how to do it, so it doesn’t fill automatically. I was promised that they would get my meds in this morning (already 3 days late), and once again, it is not there. Now they are saying tomorrow it will be in. I will have missed 4 of my pills. I am searching for a new pharmacy."
