"I was told I could pick up my prescription but upon arriving, I was told I needed a hard copy of my prescription. My doctor had emailed me one to give to them but they would not take it and they would not print it even though I have had this done at other pharmacies before. I don't know if it's because they were about to close and didn't want to do extra work or a policy change, but nonetheless, a pharmacist I believed named Vicky there was especially rude! Won't be coming back to this pharmacy."

"I have been using the pharmacy at the Lewisville location and previously the Frisco location for over 2 years. Lewisville is not friendly at all. Today I called about a shortage of medication on my last refill. I take 2 a day for 90 days, right. That = 180 tablets. My last refill had only 84 tablets. Obviously an error. They said that what they received when I transferred from the Frisco Costco. Much closer for me. They said Frisco had done the same thing in my previous refill. When I get refills I refill all 8-10 prescriptions at a time. Who stands there and counts each pill. I told them I was shorted twice which totals 192 tablets. Their response “sorry, theirs nothing we can do about it.” I asked for the RX manager who wasn’t in. I asked to talk to Vickie the pharmacist. Never picked up after 30 minutes. The phone would ring back but I could hear them push the hold button 6 to 7 times. It is their error. I didn’t input my prescriptions incorrectly. Neither did my doctor. The couldn’t even tell if I was charged properly. I will get satisfaction and move my RX’s to any other pharmacy. They have the Highest prices on their medication. Check their Good RX prices vs others."
