"Worst experience, strongly recommend not to go there.The pharmacist never applied my insurance correctly nor fill order correctly. I had two medicines and she was telling me I only have one, later she found out that there was another one pending...seriously!?"

"The pharmacists at this location are very rude. I just had a major surgery and all I needed was to pickup my prescriptions. They were out of stock for one and couldn't transfer to another location. Very much understood but I wanted to pickup the order prescription but before I could utter a word the lady on the phone had hung up on me. This is unacceptable. I'm not one to complain about things. Not sure if this is a Texas thing but I'm out of word. If you don't like your job do us all a favor quit. Thanks"

"I am looking for another pharmacy in the area simply because this CVS closes at 7pm, too early for me to grab my meds sometimes. But after I read reviews of nearby other pharmacies, I was shocked. I didn't know any of those problems will occur! -- pharmacists too lazy to call to check prices, closing waaay earlier than published closing time (closing at 7 instead of 10pm), prescription not available/ready when you go pick it up. I didn't realize there are these problems when I go to a pharmacy, cos I never encountered them here. I now realize this is one of the highest rating pharmacies around. I have to say, prescriptions are always filled very fast (sometimes within the hour), I get a text notification, and I go pick it up. As easy as that. I don't ever worry the prescription is not ready when I go pick it up. I dont need to wait to pick up either; there is rarely a wait. Today, I went to see a Dr, while I was driving back (10min later), I already got a text msg that my prescription is ready for pick up. I am not saying the staff will always process prescriptions this fast, and I do not expect them to, but I am just thinking I need to buy something from Target while I was driving home, and it will be great if the prescription is ready, and then I got the notification. Thank you. And of course, being inside Target is a great location. I just hope it can close a bit later as I have to do dinner with my kid and 7pm is too tight."
