"Every month I have the same drama getting my Rx refill. It’s never in stock have to order it. A week later I get my refill. All the time my CVS app says I don’t have any orders or Rx to refill So I can’t use my benefits of delivery since app has no record of my history or orders. This happens every single month after month. Nothing I say seems to matter. Looks like it’s time to shop for new pharmacy. Would strongly advise against using CVS"

"I. Have awful experienced here every month. I take certain medications that if not kept up will start to make me I'll. They do not care. Anytime I go into this location(which is closest to my home.). They are rude to me and have many times not got my meds correctly priced with my insurance. The last 2 months I have paid ridiculously high prices.fornmy medications and then told to file through my insurance for my refund rather than refund their mistake themselves. This will be my last month dealing with this place. It's Memorial Day weekend and the pharmacist only gave me enough for 2 days and none to start the next. They do not care if you suffer from medication withdrawal or anything to its equivalent. She didn't inform me yesterday that there would be no one present today. So therefore I had assumed the 2 days would work as long as I had my meds to start my day tomorrow. Now I do not and will have to go to work in pain until they seem it necessary to get it together. They have overcharged on my meds when I gave them my insurance AND coupon. As of tomorrow when they open all are being transferred out of this corporation's grasp and to a smaller local chain I know follow the rules and take care of their patient s. Working in the medical field myself we are to do no harm. What they're doing is mental torture. Also, the hours are horrible on the weekends. How is it on a weekday you are open until 10pm, but a Saturday only open until 6. Some people have jobs that work them later and in my case. I am on meds I cannot just skip. Get it together people. Even your competitors get the concept"

"I will NEVER use CVS again...my 18 month old granddaughter is in pain from severe burns! We were released from the hospital last night and given a prescription and had it CALLED in from a DR (not a PA, NOT A NURSE) for her pain medicine...CVS REFUSED to fill the prescription because it was hydrocodine...they did not let us know UNTIL it was TOO late to transfer the prescription to Walgreens who closed at 6...this poor baby has been in PAIN most of the night! I WILL NEVER use CVS AGAIN!"
