Chad, the customer service manager, communicated frequently with me regarding the status of the work, and if I emailed or texted him with questions, he responded within an hour. I picked my car up 3 days ago and am very pleased with the quality of the work. The front end, which is where the damage was, looks brand new, and everything is working as expected. I highly recommend ABRA for any body work you need to have done to your car."
