"THE BEST EVER! I came here following a spinal fusion because my regular GP went on maternity leave and I was just fed up with ARC. I am so happy I made this choice! These people TRULY care about me and my wellbeing. And I have bonded with them too. I love seeing them and catching up. I am so happy I made this move and I am MUCH more healthy"

"I have always had a super positive experience with the doctors and staff here. I think the issue is a corporate one. Calling is a waste of time because it goes to some central outsourced service. I have had multiple instances of waiting weeks to have prescriptions sent and transferred because no one answers the portal. I also once had a test result show up abnormal on my portal (2/28/2022) sent 5 messages and received a call in June about it to come back in. The service is great but getting through to anyone before or after and appointment is a disaster. The last time I went they messed up all my labs and said to come back in and I have just had enough."

"I really value Dr. Swegler as my PCP, she is thoughtful and takes the time to talk with me during the visit and address my concerns. I have had only good experiences with Dr. Swegler, I trust her medical judgement, she is up to date on literature, and she has wonderful bedside manner. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Also the MA was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is nice being able to get labs drawn at the same location. The phone system/call center continues to be a challenge to work with, especially since there is no option for talking with the receptionist at the specific Village Medical location, it all goes to a central call center. The call options are as follows: Scheduling, Rx Refill, Referral/Lab/Leave Message, Payments/Billing, if you are a Medical Provider. There should be an option to speak with the front desk receptionist, and all medical offices should have an option routed to nurse or MA for questions. This is a big inconvenience and short-fall of using this clinic. Using the app is useful though for appt and messaging providers."

"NP Jeanet was excellent, knowledgeable and personable. Staff assisted other patients with wheelchairs, paperwork, and explaining billing. I was both satisfied with my service received and impressed with the care and patience I saw given to others."

"This place is my new favorite office. I love the staff who greet me upon arrival. My doctor has always been very helpful and patient with me each time I’ve seen her. Our visits are never rushed she goes over all my concerns with clarity and great recommendations on other alternatives to save money. The only bad thing is the answering service which does not go through to the actual office. So if you need to get through to the doctor or her team you have to use the patient portal. It works well if it isn’t an urgent issue . However they always make sure to get back within 3 business days ."
