"I'm so deeply grateful for having found TFC after being grossly mishandled by a "boutique" (laughable) fertility clinic in Austin through 3 egg retrievals. It was a night and day difference in terms of thorough monitoring, quality care, responsiveness, expertise, and - quite importantly - RESULTS. I sought out Dr. Silverberg based on my online research and a recommendation from my fertility acupuncturist and I was not disappointed. His demeanor is a perfect fit to the kind of person I am - straight shooter, doesn't mince words, results driven, gets down to business. I will say if you need extra kid gloves bedside manners or are an extremely fragile and extremely vulnerable person in this process, he might not be the right fit for you - which is a shame because he's great, but other doctors there might be more soft/hand-holding in nature. Sometimes the appointments don't run on time, plan for EXTRA time for your appointments to run late - this HAS improved over the last year dramatically to what others complained about in the past, but stuff comes up. It didn't really affect me because my job is super flexible and I was never in a rush or time crunch, but it was pretty nice when they had to have made some changes that vastly improved their timeliness. Anywho, I'm an IVFer over 40 who was told by my last (terrible) clinic I could never give more than 4 eggs at a time, Silverberg got 8 on his first and only cycle, got the only euploid, ran every procedure (fibroid myomectomy, hsg, hysteroscopy) and test (ERA/Alice) to be sure I had the BEST possible chance of that singular embryo taking hold - plus he has 30 years experience - there is something to be said for that level of procedural expertise and muscle memory, instinct, etc. Well, long story short-ish - my euploid has stuck. 14 weeks and counting. Thank you, TFC + Silverberg for making my dreams come true!"

"I will start off saying that Dr. Vaughn is amazing. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and chugging along. I went through two egg retrievals and was lucky my first transfer took. I would love to see the practice utilize more of the patient friendly technology that a lot of the medical industry is now using. Having access to a patient portal, dashboard, documentation, and results all in one place, would be a dream. Right now, you either get minimal print outs or information written down on scrap pieces of paper that are easily lost or ruined or a phone call giving you instructions or results with no way to look back and reverify that information. It would be nice to have all of that at your finger tips to reduce mistakes, miscommunication, or easily access your medical record to share with your provider as needed. The bare minimum got sent over to my OB when I transferred which was extremely frustrating when you spend an extortionate amount of money on services. I really struggled with doing 3 or 4 stars as the end goal was achieved, but if you're looking for a more patient-centered approach, TFC probably isn't the right clinic for you and you're better off going to a smaller clinic. The nursing staff I think is over-whelmed with the amount of patients they have which results in steps getting missed, taking frustrations out on patients, or showing up to start a process and not having everything you need because someone missed a step along the way. The authorizations department they revamped before I left, but it's impossible to get someone to physically return your call, or a manager to speak with when your struggling to get someone to help you and aren't happy with the services or lack-there-of being provided. This place could be amazing if they instilled some fail-safes, a patient portal, and a better escalation process in place for those struggling. In the mean time, be prepared to be treated like a number. They have great success rates and I'd love to see them work some of the kinks out for better patient-focused care/education in the future."

"I consulted with Dr. Sarah Gavrizi. The entire process for my treatment was really good. The team was always available to answer my queries or calls or emails immediately. I am really happy that I got a positive result on my pregnancy with them. I also never had any billing or any other issues with them. It's an awesome team. Kudos to Dr. Sarah."

"Without Dr. Silverberg's care and immense knowledge, we would not have our daughter. He diagnosed and treated my endometriosis that had been overlooked for many, many years, and he created an IVF plan that worked, even with the slimmest chances (I was 44). You'll wait in the waiting room past your appointment time, and you'll be in the office a good while, but when it's your time to be worked in, Dr. Silverberg makes it happen.
