"I placed an order using their curbside pickup. An employee ran my order out in a stapled bag. I was supposed to have 2 pajamas. They gave me 1. I am currently sitting here calling the store 20 times no answer. They need to check the order before they hand it to you and they need to pick up the phone. Right now my shipment is in Indianapolis. It will take 6 days to get from Indy to Chicago? Are you walking it there? Ridiculous. I did not expect overnight delivery. 12 days is unreasonable, however."

They take time to explain the promos to you so you get the best deal, they help you order online (ship to home, too), and are always refreshing the merchandise to show new goodies.
