"I bought a sweater at this H&M for $17.99 (USD) it looked like it was on sale. When I got home, I thought that I wanted to see how much I saved and I removed the sticker with the “sale” price. The actual tag price was $14.99. Sad marketing strategy."
"The staff is SUPER NICE! It always looks pristine in there, especially compared to the Indiana location I recently visited. I have no complaints, other than that that they close at 8 and I prefer later shopping, but I know the mall in general closes at that time. Great store with extremely helpful staff!"
"Not my style of clothing but my son likes to stop in. Bought a pair of pants. I find 'their stuff' cheaper (not ' as well built') but much of what they have appeals to youg(er) people and has a lower price point. No issue at checkout however, we were not asked by anyone while shopping if we needed any assistance."
