"If you want to take all dignity and pride away from your employees, go with Aramark. They’re uniforms come back just as dirty as when you threw them in the hampers. After awhile you just plain stop service or wearing them because you feel like a bum."
"I'm not a reviewer at all, but sometimes companies just deserve the negative feedback. This has to be one of the worst services i unfortunately dealt with. Anyone reading this review considering service from this company, do yourself a favor and save yourself the troubles you're about to endeavor. They don't service you what they promise, they short you on supplies they charge you for and are inconsistent with deliveries and times. Calling corporate they promise more on their end with it being fixed and making it right but they don't do anything about it and still expect you to dish them money with mail they send you after they said it was gonna be taken care of. l've since switched to a competitor and they just make it so easy and there is no complaints what so ever. Where I went wrong was not digging into all the negative feedback they had already received prior to us working with them. Hopefully others won't make that mistake and see this review to sway them into making better decisions for their businesses needs."
"0 stars if I could. Finally waited out my contract and cancelled months ago but still have uniforms here and still get billed every week. They keep saying that it’ll get fixed but much like their uniforms, nothing gets fixed…"
"They don't even show up half of time of your service. They don't do what they said. They will give you full billing but less products and worse service."
"This place is complete junk! I work for a surgical center and the delivery guy only gave us mdm sized scrubs. We literally have been wearing 3x scrubs because they refuse to answer our messages or even deliver more scrubs. Poor business ethic. They don’t seem to understand that without scrubs we can’t do surgery. In turn our patients have to be rescheduled or canceled. Way to be top notch Aramark."
