"I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Victory Medical, and I feel compelled to express my disappointment regarding the poor service, billing issues, and lack of proper communication that I encountered. The service provided by Victory Medical fell far short of my expectations. I feel that I encountered billing irregularities that left me perplexed and concerned. Despite my efforts to resolve these discrepancies, the staff was largely unresponsive. The lack of proper communication and the run-around I experienced at Victory Medical added to my frustration. When seeking clarification or trying to resolve concerns, I was shuffled between departments, with each one passing the responsibility to the next. This lack of accountability and evasive behavior only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction and hinder any progress in resolving my issues. I strongly advise individuals seeking medical care to consider alternative options unless they are willing to tolerate the same level of disappointment that I encountered."

"Went into this clinic hoping they could help me instead I had “doctor” Barbara judge me and make her facial expressions mean while her person she had training looked more concerned than she did. So not only should those roles have been reversed but she diagnosed me on medication when she hadn’t even done the blood work to even diagnose me and on top of that my blood work was supposed to come back within 24-48 hours. The best part is I’m getting ill waiting for them to call me when they’re not and when I call the receptionist said they’d mark it as “urgent” if they even did that and the best part of this all is that’s it’s been 6 days later and I haven’t gotten one phonecall about my lab results but that’s okay cause I went to the ER since I got worse and St.David’s has called me twice to checkup on me since victory failed me.."

"The girls at the downstairs reception desk are not very friendly. They make it seem like they're being bothered when you ask for help. And, that's only after you can get their attention from whatever they're doing including chatting. The actual doctors and nurses are great though."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in their on a Sunday afternoon in December of 2021. Had ear pain. Was seen by a Shawn R. Agenbroad-Elander who is a nurse practitioner. I could go into long details but he botched the entire visit. Did NOT listen to the pain he caused during the insertion of the Otoscope into ear canal. Just kept on telling me everything looked fine when intense pain was felt. So, I let them clean the ear wax out using a Lavage method. VERY painful. He looked into my ears at least 5X after I insisted that either near or at the ear drum I felt pain. Again all my symptoms were ignored instead he told me to go see an ENT if I wanted during the week. I left in more discomfort then when I arrived. My symptoms were ignored and dismissed. So to make the story short the next day I saw an ENT and he found the "spot" of infection in my ear canal in about 3 seconds. Just used the same type of otoscope. He said I will touch it gently, he did and YES that was the spot. There was a raised bump, redness, inflammation etc.. I asked the Doctor how this could have been missed just 18 hours earlier and he said that it was so obvious he could not say. BUT I suggested that Shawn had only looked at the eardrum and not the canal lining? The ENT agreed but was still confused how anyone could be that careless. ALSO the lavage could possibly have irritated it more which I agreed whole heartedly. Anyway, back to Victory Medical. This is a learning experience for Shawn and for all medical people. DO NOT dismiss a persons pain and experience. Do NOT rush through an office visit to the detriment of your patients, which you did. DO NOT tell a patient that you are not causing pain and discomfort when he/she winces in pain during your probing. I will leave the rest up to you. PS.. If the administrator at Victory Medical doubts my sincerity over what happened I will make my medical records from the ENT available to you, just contact me back through this review."

"I am a newer patient here and am so impressed with the team and my provider Vladimir who was very thorough with his explanation and exam. Thank you for treating me well and taking the time to help me understand the issue I was going through. I'm so happy to find a provider who takes the time to explain."
