"On-site staff were very nice, patient, and helpful. However, I feel it is deceptive that the doctors take a given insurance… but the facility itself does not, despite listing the insurance as being accepted on their website. Because of this, I was not covered and the appointment was canceled without my permission with no opportunity to plead my case. Days wasted while being in pain."
