"I am so thankful for the help I received here! My injury was 7 years ago, and even after medical treatment, it never healed correctly. As a result, I've had full-body chronic pain, inflammation, and muscle imbalances, all contributing to decreased mobility and physical activity. After working with Quintessence Physical Therapy, I have increased range of motion, more energy, less fatigue, and am no longer in daily pain. This practice's whole body approach is key and has made so many positive changes in my life. I am so very grateful!"

"I’m amazed at the thoroughness of Swapnali’s findings and quick easy solutions. It’s like problems melted away in just few weeks following simple exercises(hacks actually). I’m very thankful to have found Quintessential for my pelvic and leg pains. Eventually corrected few other issues that I wasn’t even aware of that existed from long before. Highly recommend everyone to at least get evaluated for your health issues."

"I am so happy to have found Swapnali. She is amazing at the work she does to help my body recover. I am a horse back rider and a mom of four (including twins). I was having terrible hip pain that radiated throughout my body and also a new issue with incontinence that kegals were not helping. After the first treatment my incontinence resolved and my body is on the mend. It has been several weeks of PT, with daily homework on my own. If you are having body pain this is the place to go! I wish I had known years ago, I normally just suck up pain and move along. Now we are working through it all and I have hope. I have had two short rides since starting therapy, prior two my PT I had not ridden for about two months because of the pain."

"I can't recommend Swapnali's practice highly enough. I started seeing her a month ago for back issues I've had on and off for over a decade that wasn't improved by traditional PT exercises, stretching, posture awareness, standing for work, etc. What makes Swapnali's approach different is she carefully examines the functioning of your entire body starting with your core, where all movement originates, and ensures that the coordination of your fundamental movements are aligned. The reason why this is so effective is often times pain that is experienced in one area of the body is actually being caused by dysfunction in another part of your body. In my case it turned out that injuries I sustained as a kid slowly caused coordination imbalances. To my surprise, Swapnali was able to identify these issues and I left feeling better after the first session. While on a walk with my wife last night she commented that I'm walking differently, that my posture looked more natural and fluid. And my back has felt better than it has in a long time. If you're struggling with chronic pain from an injury or the wear and tear that life puts on us, go see Swapnali. She will work with you to deeply understand your particular issues and prescribe custom tailored exercises to realign your patterns and resolve pain."

"Swapnali was referred to me by my PCP and has done wonders. She is unique from general physical therapists in the sense she evaluates your entire body to understand which muscles are under functioning and which ones are over functioning to provide holistic treatment. She genuinely cares about her patients making progress. I highly recommend working with her for PT needs."
