"SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I had virtual appointments that I never ever missed or was late to. They are SUPPOSED to send out a link in email or text to access your appointment. (I did not get one) I tried calling the office no response. They would not return my voicemail and ignored me for days. Just to charge me $200 for "not showing up". I can't get my medicine because of this twisted greedy company. Not to mention emailing Admin was the most disrespectful encounter I've ever experienced."

"Not going back there even though I liked my therapist. The service desk & managers are rude, and they care about making money first. I guess good time for them to fill the pockets, why miss the chance. Being super organized person myself, coming always on time, once I had apparently, not sure if its even true a connection issue, which after she dropped me from the room, and I was billed. The upper managers didn't waive the fee even for the first time on this kind of issue where clearly is not really my fault. Therapists should be HELPING people, not put them under more stress."

"I was a patient here for the better part of 3 years. Once my therapist left, I stayed on with my medication manager but continued on with the therapist's private practice. I'm going to be as straight forward as possible. I was 5 min late to pay in person, although I had them online. The provider hung up on me, then the receptionist said I was a no show, and billed me for a session. I was in a HORRIBLE way that day. I needed help, and it was obvious that MONEY was priority, not me. I was fully capable of payment. I was on time for my appointment. I had even called prior to, so that they knew in the office that I was on my way to pay in person. It didn't matter. I hope that my experience sheds light. Sorry not sorry."

"I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this business. I have been a patient for three months and feel like family. Magdalene is a great listener and down to earth. I’ve never had a male provider but Dr. Moore made me feel comfortable and exceeded my needs. The office staff has been so helpful and helped me when I needed them. I called them about a problem and they went out of their way to help me when I needed help the most. Although I’ve bounced around with different providers, each provider has been on point and didn’t miss any details. My needs and concerns matter and are listened to. I could never call the office staff about a problem and have them give me a solution on the same phone call without having an appointment at any other provider that I’ve had in the past. I would had to suffer for days but not at Psych Dimensions."

"Tony at Psych Dimensions is the real deal! I came in just under a year ago without a whole lot of hope left but I can proudly say now that my mental health has consistently gotten better since my decision to see Tony at Psych Dimensions. Their waiting room and Tony’s office are extremely well put together, the giant aquarium will put you at ease and his staff is extremely professional.
