"Incredible - from scheduling to post-appointment labs. I scheduled online as a new patient. I got to fill out everything electronically ahead of time. NO paperwork handed to me at my appointment! The check-in staff were friendly, the nurse was lovely, Dr. Thoppil was knowledgeable and attentive and obviously reviewed my paperwork before the appointment, and the nurse who jumped in to draw my blood during the phlebotomist's lunch break was super kind and did a great job! She even offered to book my follow-up rather than punting me to another staff member, like most nurses would do. I've worked in healthcare for over a decade and this was the best experience and most cohesive team I've ever seen!"

"Went here following my previous obgyn. Saw Dr. Pepper, since I had to reschedule due to starting my cycle. Dr. Pepper was great. The 3 stars is for front desk not knowing where the office is located on Limestone within the giant parking lot among many other businesses well enough to help direct anyone who’s never been there. It is located directly next to the closed down Morelias. The girl kept saying across the street from Chilis and 5 Below. They have a sign on the building that faces away from where you’d see it driving in from Limestone, and no storefront label on the doors or the sides of the building that is viable. I could not see what building I was entering at eye level. I left 45 minutes early to get there on time. I was still on time, but almost in tears on arrival thinking I’d have to reschedule or cancel because of the confusing directions and the entrance door not having the practice name written on it. I am unsure if I will return. Dr. Pepper was great. The check in girl was a bit sassy when I said I couldn’t find it and was not very friendly or welcoming. I’m not a trouble patient either. Just was was not a great experience for being a new patient. Signage needs to be better marked so folks can find it. And front end staff need to better describe where they are."
