"Was denied prenatal care here by Disarro, bc I lost my Medicaid, it took me 1month/half to get Medicaid back. I tried to come back but they wouldn’t see me bc I haven’t seen a dr since my last appt with them in Dec. at least I have health insurance to deliver the baby. But wow what a shame, you just deny someone care. I’m 33 weeks and have already been a patient here since 2020. But this blows my mind. I tried to get seen with another OBGYN when I had no insurance and they wanted 300$ an appt for 10 spots not including delivery, so of course that was a no go. Don’t waste your time here. I’ll have a healthy baby/delivery without your guys help. ****there site says open at 8am but I called at 8 still got message they’re closed. 830-same thing. 9 -finally get to hear the phone ring. But of course no answer so 2 hrs later you can expect a call back. Michelle helped me and she didn’t show much empathy. Ehhh***"

"Go elsewhere. They do not answer phones or respond to voicemails/portal messages. You have to literally call them 5+ times a day so that they do anything at all. I had to hound them daily to get them to do their due diligence of verifying my insurance, confirming any pre-appointment responsibilities on your end (turns out there were forms they never asked me to fill out), scheduling appointments, etc. I adore Dr. Schneider and all the nurses I’ve seen have been super sweet. But there have been SERIOUS issues with communication that has caused me to lose all trust in this office."

"I was a patient here last year (2023), as I was referred to them by my general practitioner in order to start the process towards a hysterectomy. My doctor was Dr. Amanda Dissaro the entire time I was a patient. First impressions were that the office was really beautiful, very ample seating in the waiting area. The front staff was very pleasant each visit I was there. Each visit, I did feel confident that I was provided a lot of information regarding the upcoming surgery, as well felt that all my questions were answered. I had ultrasounds and biopsies done here prior to the surgery, and the nurses and practioners who performed these did a great job and were caring. Dr. Dissaro was the one who did my actual hysterectomy surgery at South Austin Hospital. The surgery went great, and my follow up visits at the office were all pre-scheduled with ease, and at each appointment Dr. Disarro was great. I enjoyed my time here as a patient and feel that the doctors and staff were caring and nice. My only complaint is that there were a couple of times where I needed to call for something and it is hard to get thru on the phone. I was eventually able to get thru, but maybe the office can work on having a dedicated team to answer phone calls or return phone calls/voice messages. Overall, I am very happy with my surgery results."

"I am not one to typically leave reviews but I feel like I need to warn others! When calling for medical advice- option 3- whoever it is who handles that is very rude. Do not have that kind of job if you are going to talk over people and speak rudely to them. I forgot to provide her with some information that I messaged to the doctor and she was very rude when she gave me a call back and made sure to let me know I should’ve told her that and that I didn’t- basically made me feel like an idiot. I wanted to call back for medical advice last Friday but felt as if I couldn’t because I did not want to speak to her- she makes you feel inadequate and stupid. Also I’m not sure if she is the one who checks you out also but last time I was there the Dr. told me to tell them to get my in for the first week on January for another ultrasound- I had to tell the lady 3 times because she kept cutting me off saying “No your appointments are already set up”. I had to get rude with her and say “NO, the doctor wants to see me back the first week of January because of x,y,z” She was literally not listening to me or like didn’t believe me? I’m like go ask the doctor yourself or how about you check the portal! Also I was going in all week for multiple blood tests (along with an ultrasound) and I have messaged the doctor (Dr.Quinn) letting them know I did go to the ER (on Sunday early morning) and am miscarrying they believe. I also got blood work done on Friday (12/23) and still NO call. NO follow up. NO message back. NOTHING. Also Dr.Quinn was NOT very friendly at all. I should’ve looked at the reviews. Once we try to get pregnant again I will NOT be coming here. You can not cancel your appointments online and I just tried to call and no answer. So beware!"

"Dr. Eduardo and Hill County OB/GYN are the best. I was able to get an appointment at a convenient time, and parking was a breeze! I was greeted with a smile by a lovely young lady at the front desk who took care of checking me in. After just a short wait, I was taken back to an examination room. A nurse settled me in and took my vitals. She put me at ease. Dr. Eduardo's bedside manner is very comforting, and my check-up went smoothly."
