We both have received exceptional care, they are very caring and compassionate, never in a hurry, and always extremely thorough. We both totally trust these medical professionals with our healthcare."

"My wife woke with pain in her shoulder that got worse through the day. By noon it was excruciating and she could barely move her left arm so she decided to leave work early. We have been patients at Campbell Family Practice for over a decade, and their website literally says, "Same day appointments available" & "Walk-Ins Accepted." I suggested my wife call to see if they could squeeze her in. The woman who answered the phone literally laughed at her when she asked if it would be possible to be seen today. I understand that they must be booked, but what purpose did it serve to laugh at one of your patients when they are seeking help? Dr. Campbell is a good doctor, but the staff surrounding her leave much to be desired, and it simply is no longer worth it."

"I visited Campbell clinic today and I was very impressed. I was second guessing it because of the OLD reviews. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, checked in , sat down and was called in all in about 10 minutes or less. They were very polite. They are professional and nice. I plan on keeping Campbell Family Clinic as my primary care."

"Sad to share our lack of good experience. It starts from the word Practice used as it's not a Care for the patients. Every time we come for a doctor's visit, since 2020, when this office was highly recommended to us, I keep asking myself Why??? do I come back as every time is a new negative experience. As most people left comments - Dr. Campbell is a very good diagnostic doctor , but that office has sad personality clerks polished with their cold careless practice behavior towards patients. I feel bad for disabled patients, that need to deal at the window or over the phone with them. I have never had a doctor stating, that my husband doesn't need a test that we asked for, because it's expensive... referring to B.S."

"Have been seeing Dr Mary Campbell Fox since the 80’s and she is an awesome woman and doctor. But through the past few years they have had drastic staff changes due to pay cuts, position deletions and staff promotions. The patients also suffer through this because we have to trust all over again with our history, bodies and privacy. But due to the overbooking, yes sometimes you do wait for your appointment over an hour but the PA’s here and doctors I feel are the best and well worth it. Just wish they would treat their staff better and offer them full medical benefits like other real American jobs. After all they work hard to fatten your pockets and you return to favor with a basic check but not incentive..shameful!!!!!"
