"I had an appointment today with Jennifer and right off the bat she made me feel comfortable. My stress level went from a 10 down to about a 4. We discussed a little history, medication and what I wanted from my visits. I now have some hope of feeling better, hopefully in the near future."
"I’d recommend this place I never have to wait long for appointments. They have plenty of good providers and a very flexible appointment schedule. They have a choice of in person and virtual patient visits. When I have a question or need a refill I never wait long on the phone to talk to somebody. They are polite, efficient and very helpful."
"PA Sheila Randle was great and professional. The problem is the people that answer phone. I was charged out of pocket for my appointments because my insurance denied paying for the virtual appointment. The clinic failed to communicate that information with me. I had to pay $250 plus $125 for a follow up appointment. Had I known that, I would of just went to their office and let the insurance cover the visit. I have tried calling, left messages but they are not very helpful. Needless to say, I find this situation alarming and unfair. I hope that people are being treated with dignity. I have all my emails saved, so I hope they can provide me with proof that I was notified."
