"[UPDATED] Patrick M. has helped me greatly. I had no prior knowledge of how to choose a snowboard, so I had a chance to be helped by Patrick. He patiently and enthusiastically explained in details how to choose the best fit for me. After we ordered all the equipment and it arrived, Patrick gladly assembled it and I was ready to go. I was so lucky to meet him because he saved lots of my time, he was genuine to help. Thank you for such positive environment to exist. THE UPDATE (02/20/2019): After 2 months from the purchase date, one of my binding's straps broke. I came back for help. They were out of stock for the same color, but arranged a few calls and gave me the option of shipping the replacement bindings from another store ASAP, or I could pick it up myself the same date at another Zumiez location. or I could choose a different color. I chose to pick up the right color at another location. They made it easy for me by reserving the bindings, telling that I was coming. That was just another example of great customer services I am so happy to share. This time Julian and Patrick were helping me together."
