She was helpful with her merchant knowledge because I can never make a decision lol But because I was from out of town she gave me advice on what else to check out in the area.. and recommended I go to Niagara Falls at night instead of during the day to see the lights and where to park. So I ended up buying a pair of slip-on’s and some walking shoes (for my Niagara walk) that I wasn’t planning on getting lol Many thanks!"

"I’ve always loved Vans. But the employees at this store are very knowledgeable and are there to help you out. I went in and Alex spent hours calling up stores trying to help me get just a pair of limited edition vans. Working in retail myself it takes individuals who not only value customer service but their customers. I appreciate everything Alex did and the chance I got to get the shoes I’ve been searching everywhere for. He helped me find a relative shoe to figure out my best size. I had ordered a pair from an online store that sells limited edition pairs so I didn’t want to go through a whole process again and he was able to work through it all wit me.
