"The older pharmacy tech ( Luciana/Lucinda) whatever her name was very unprofessional. She lectured me on how a relative of mine should’ve received the flu shot and that now he’s going to be sick for days blah blah . Wether someone decides to get the flu shot or not is none of her business she’s also not in a position to be giving her opinion on things like that. She is also is very rude to her coworkers in the way she speaks to them it made me and I’m sure other customers uncomfortable. I hope someone in upper management will see this because I’m sure her coworkers are too timid to complain about her. I understand she may be busy but it’s important to maintain professionalism at all times."

"They were very rude. Just got my wife out of the hospital from having surgery on her kidneys. Went to fill three prescriptions for her and we live over an hour away. She was told she can not miss any of these beds. Was told it will be over a hour and a half wait to have three filled. So we waited in our vehicle while she was bleeding to pick it up from the most rude people I have ever met. This is at 301 Illinois in Midland Texas. We will never use CVS again. Will post on my tik tok and my you tube page how bad this place is."

"Walgreens all over again. Didn't like Walgreens because of a huge lack of service. Cvs was a huge change when they came in. Now just like Walgreens. Lack of customer service. Help customers when they feel like it. 24 hour service is bogus. Late night personnel say come back at 8AM. We don't give or take new prescriptions at night. Have been on hold almost 3 hours now. Glad this isn't 911. Maybe they will answer tomorrow."

"The pharmacy itself is horrible. They do not fill your prescription unless you initiate or come to pick it up, when they ask you to come back to pick it up. If you even try calling ahead of time to see if your prescription has been filled, forget about it. You will not get a hold of anyone even after waiting almost an hour on hold. I gave 2 stars because the regular sales associates at this location seem pretty great and shouldn’t have to be lumped in with the pharmacy."

"Nice that it’s open 24 hours, but it took longer than that to fill our girls’ script for conjunctivitis (eye drops). The only reason we tried this store was because Graham’s Pharmacy was closed (New Years). So a day later, we had it called in to Graham’s. Go to Graham’s folks, don’t give your business to people who can’t even get their phone systems straight (tells you when your script is ready)."
