"I called two days ago. I'm a pilot car driver, so I have to try to plan ahead if I can. I wanted my meds transfer to them. I could pick it up once I got into town knowing that I was leaving early the next day. I even had the lady change my last name in the system because I just got married. I went in there today, and they didn't have my med no note in the system, and she didn't change my last name. And when I called the other day, a lady picked up, and I told her I wanted to transfer my med she said, "Hold on" and put me back on wait, and 3 mins later, a different woman answered"

"The pharmacist Hellen here is awesome, I had two prescriptions rejected from another Walgreens pharmacy because of a misreading of the prescription causing confusion, ultimately leading to my prescription getting cancelled after 3 days of back and forth phone calls between me, the doctor, and the pharmacy staff. Hellen wasn’t able to fill my prescription but was able to call the other pharmacy and guide them through how to find all the correct information, she was patient with me and took the time to make sure I was able to get my medication as I was on my last days worth when I spoke to her. Very caring and thorough. Will definitely send future prescriptions to this pharmacy."

"The absolute WORSE place you can visit especially for medication. They act like security guards trying to play police. Couldn’t pass the exams to become Drs and hold your medication for hostage. My insurance has covered my script and my dr prescribed me x amount & they decided they were going to divide it how they wanted to. Then they email me and tell me the script is ready I go up there just to be told I can’t get it after they told me which day to come pick it up. Walgreens is a scheme that’s apart of the problem now days. I wouldn’t recommend it one bit. Everyone in the pharmacy area should be fired or retrained. Definitely the most unprofessional “team” of people I’ve ever come across. Clearly from the reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way either. If a dr prescribes a quantity of a medication and insurance approves it, then their job is to fill the script and hand it over, not dictate it. If they want that kind of power they should go to school, smarten up some and pass the exam to be a real dr. Pathetic group of people."

"Pharmacist (Karen) would not sell me insulin syringes for my diabetic mother-in-law who is visiting. She cited store policy, but when I go on Walgreen's website, there is no policy regarding selling insulin syringes without holding a prescription in Texas. Even if I was a drug user, why not just sell the user clean needles? This was Saturday night, 9pm, 8/14/2021. Brown, curly haired Karen with a TERRIBLE attitude."

"Called 2 hours before arrival to get my meds refilled. Arrived and they still have not called. Why is it that you have to be in their face before they take action? So here I sit and wait. Staff is nice but why is it that Walgreen pharmacy's everywhere can never get it together? May be time to change to CVS."
