"Other than this, they have always done well despite their heavy traffic. However everytime I go in to pick up a rather embarrassing medication, I whisper the name or hint to it to the pharmacist, and then they yell out the full name of the embarrassing medication in front of everyone with no regard for patient privacy. It's humiliating, and there's nothing I can do to make them stop."
"Called ahead to check and lady was super kind and had prescription ready within 15 minutes at 8:30 at night. Pharmacist came and explained how to use it. Super quick, great customer service! Will move all prescriptions even though our insurance prefers cvs."
"Scheduled appointments for the COVID-19 vaccine for my husband and I, and waited over an hour to be seen while others were going ahead of us despite the fact that we scheduled ours. Not enough seating but then again we were waiting for about 15 other people to get their shots before us. Completely ridiculous. Thank goodness for my understanding babysitter."
"Walgrrens fill my 90day prescription and only gave me a 30days supply. They told me they were out and that when the rest came in they would call me. After 15 days with no call I called them. I was told that they owe me nothing and that my prescription is expired. This is insurance fraud."
